Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Folliva Labs affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you promote.

1. Joining

• Every application is reviewed manually. We approve partners who have their own audience (channel, site, newsletter, community presence) and who publish honestly.
• We do not accept coupon/deal aggregator sites, cashback sites, or accounts created only to collect codes.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Commission

• 30% of a customer's first order.
• 25% of every order that same customer places afterwards, for as long as they keep buying — paid automatically, whether or not they use your code or link again.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after the customer discount, excluding shipping, taxes and any other fees.
• Example: a €79.99 product, customer uses your 10% code and pays €71.99 → you earn €21.60. Their next order at €79.99 → you earn €20.00, and so on for every order after that.

3. How sales are tracked

• You get a personal discount code — it takes 10% off the customer's first order and can be used once per customer.
• You also get a personal referral link with a 90-day cookie: if someone clicks it and buys within 90 days, the sale is yours.
• Once a customer's first order is credited to you, that customer is linked to you permanently. Every order they place after that earns you 25%, even if they come to the site directly and use no code and no link.
• If a code and a link from two different partners are used on the same order, the code takes priority.
• Self-referrals (buying through your own code or link) do not earn commission.

4. Approval and holding period

• New referrals stay pending for 30 days. This covers our return window.
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back reverse the commission.
• We may deny referrals that break these terms, come from paid search on our brand terms, or look fraudulent.

5. Payouts

• Minimum payout balance: €50.
• Paid on request, once per month, from your approved balance.
• Methods: SEPA bank transfer or USDT (crypto). We do not pay via PayPal.
• Commissions are gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes in your country.
• You can download an invoice for each paid payout from your partner dashboard.

6. What you may do

• Honest reviews, progress logs, routine videos and articles on your own channels.
• Share your code and link in your video descriptions, pinned comments, site, newsletter, Discord or community profile — anywhere the platform's own rules allow it.
• Use the product photos and copy we provide, or your own material.

7. What you may not do

• No medical claims. Do not say or imply that our products cure hair loss, are clinically proven, are safe for human use, or are better than a prescription medicine. Our products are sold for research use only — your content must not contradict that.
• No paid search on our brand. Do not bid on "Folliva", "Folliva Labs", our domain, or misspellings of them in Google Ads or any other ad network, and do not use them in display URLs.
• No coupon aggregators. Do not submit your code to RetailMeNot, Honey, Coupert, HotDeals, or similar sites, and do not let them list it.
• No spam. No unsolicited email or DM blasts, and no posting your code in subreddits, forums, Discords or groups that do not permit promotion. Respect each community's rules — a ban there hurts you more than it hurts us.
• No cookie stuffing, iframe or redirect tricks, fake accounts, bot traffic, or automated code distribution.
• No impersonating Folliva Labs — you may not present yourself as our employee, our official account, or as the manufacturer, and you may not register domains, social handles or ad accounts containing our brand name.
• No reselling, transferring or selling your code, and no use of it for your own orders.
• No adult, hateful, or illegal content, and no marketing to minors.

8. Product positioning

Folliva Labs products are supplied for research use only and are not medicines, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not approved by any regulator for the treatment of any condition. Nothing you publish may state or imply otherwise, and nothing in our program is medical advice.

9. Changes and termination

• We may change commission rates or these terms. Rate changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email and apply only to sales after the change date.
• Either side can end the partnership at any time. Approved commissions earned before termination are still paid.
• We may terminate immediately and withhold commission from orders that were generated through a breach of section 7 or through fraud.
• If the program is closed entirely, all approved balances are paid out regardless of the €50 minimum.

10. Relationship

You act as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture, and you may not enter into obligations on our behalf.
