Plain-language terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after.
1. Who you are buying from
Folliva Labs, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: folliva.labs@gmail.com. Company and VAT details appear on your invoice.
2. What we sell, and what it is for
We supply chemical compounds and topical formulations for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, not cosmetics, not dietary supplements and not medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to treat any condition. By ordering, you confirm you understand this and that you are 18 or older.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline any order — including after payment, in which case we refund it in full and tell you why.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout. We can correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, you may cancel and be refunded in full.
5. Stock and waitlists
We make in small batches. If something is out of stock you can leave your email and we will write to you when the next batch is ready. That is not an order and does not reserve anything.
6. Delivery
See Delivery & Shipping. Delivery times are the carrier's typical times, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancelling and returning
Under EU distance-selling rules you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. To do that the item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging — write to us first and we will arrange it. We cannot accept back an opened bottle of a topical solution, for reasons of contamination and safety.
If the item arrives damaged, is wrong, or does not arrive: tell us and we will replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
8. Your responsibility
You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of what you buy safely and lawfully, and for checking that you may lawfully import it where you live. We ship within the EU; if you order from outside it, that is your call and your risk.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for any use of the product outside laboratory research, nor for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud — and nothing here can, in law.
10. Our content
The text, photographs and formulations on this site are ours. Don't republish them as your own.
11. Your data
We keep what we need to fulfil your order and answer you. We do not sell it. If you joined a waitlist or a mailing list you can leave at any time — reply to any email, or write to us.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's law.

What else the lab makes.
RU58841 Topical Solution
Occupies the androgen receptor so DHT cannot deliver its signal to the follicle.
This is the cause, not the symptom. On its own it will not push a dormant follicle back into growth.
Pyrilutamide 0.5% (KX-826)
A newer topical androgen-receptor antagonist. Different molecule, same target as RU-58841.
For people who do not tolerate RU. Run one blocker or the other, not both.
CB-03-01 2.5/5% (Clascoterone)
Blocks the androgen receptor at the follicle, then breaks down in the skin into an inactive form.
The only one here that finished phase 3. Clascoterone sold much cheaper elsewhere is usually weaker than the label says.
Minoxidil 5%
Extends the growth phase so follicles stay active longer. It does nothing to the hormone driving the loss.
Pairs with a blocker, never replaces one. Stop it and the growth it borrowed goes back.
Ketoconazole Shampoo
An antifungal wash that handles the flaking and irritation sitting underneath a lot of shedding.
Two or three washes a week, alongside a blocker. It is not a blocker itself.
GHK-CU Copper Peptide Spray
A copper peptide that works on the condition of the scalp itself. Not an antiandrogen; it does nothing to DHT.
For scalp quality. On its own it will not hold a receding hairline.
Natural Hair Regrowth Serum
Caffeine, rosemary and botanical oils. Scalp support, and the mildest thing in the range.
A leg of the routine, not the whole table. It does not block DHT.
