Everything ships from inside the European Union. No customs lottery, no three-week wait, and nothing on the outside of the box that says what is in it.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on a working day are packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it leaves us.

These are the carrier's typical times, not a promise. Public holidays and the back half of December stretch everything.

Packaging
The outer box is plain. No logo, no product name, no hint of what is inside. This is deliberate: most people ordering this would rather not have a conversation about it with whoever collects their post.
Customs
We ship EU to EU, so there is no import duty, no VAT surprise at the door, and nothing sitting in a customs shed for a month. If you are ordering from outside the EU, write to us before you pay — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
If something goes wrong
If tracking stops moving for ten working days, write to us and we will reship or refund — your choice. If a bottle arrives broken, send a photograph and we will replace it. You will not have to fight us for either.
Returns
120-day refund. Not for you? Send the bottle back within 120 days of delivery, opened is fine, and we refund your first order in full. Write to us first and we’ll arrange it.
