Write before you order, not after. Tell us what you are actually dealing with — how long, where, what you have already tried — and we will tell you straight whether this is the right step for you, including when it is not.

Where we blend: the European Union

Ask us about your batch. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it ships. We do not put a printout in every parcel, but the result exists — tell us your batch number and we will tell you what came back.

What we cannot do: tell you what will happen to your hair, or give you medical advice. Several of the compounds we work with are research compounds with no approved human indication, and anyone who answers those two questions confidently is selling you something.
