Shipping policy

Everything ships from inside the European Union. Nothing on the outside of the box says what is in it.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 EET on a working day are packed the same day; everything else goes out the next working day. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us. We do not dispatch on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays.

How long it takes

Destination Typical time Tracked
Lithuania 1–2 working days Yes
Baltics and Poland 2–3 working days Yes
Rest of the EU 2–5 working days Yes
Outside the EU Varies by destination and customs Yes

These are the carrier’s typical times, not a promise. Public holidays and the second half of December stretch everything.

Cost

Tracked shipping within Europe is €6.99, and free on orders over €60. Shipping outside Europe is €17.00. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging

The outer box is plain: no logo, no product name, no indication of the contents. This is deliberate. Most people ordering this would rather not have a conversation about it with whoever collects their post.

Customs and import

Inside the EU there is no import duty, no VAT at the door and no customs delay.

Outside the EU you are the importer of record. Any duty, tax or clearance fee is yours, and so is the responsibility for checking that you may lawfully import what you are ordering — some countries restrict these compounds. If a parcel is detained, seized or destroyed by your customs authority, we cannot refund it. Write to us before you pay and we will tell you honestly whether we think it is worth it.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, write to us and we will reship or refund — your choice. If a bottle arrives broken, send a photograph and we will replace it. Full terms are in the Return and refund policy.

Addresses and undelivered parcels

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Tell us within an hour if it is wrong; after dispatch we cannot change it. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are refunded less the outbound and return carriage.

Orders we decline

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, and refund it in full — for example where a destination is restricted, where an address looks unsafe, or where a payment is flagged. If we do, we tell you why.
